All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship any smoke-related products online (including vapes, pipes, or tobacco accessories). All other items are available for online purchase and shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.
If your package is lost or missing, please reach out so we can assist in filing a claim or finding a solution.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
In-Store Pickup:
Local customers can choose Free In-Store Pickup at The Joint Watseka. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
